Employers use saved premium dollars on employee claims if the claims occur.   ER keeps those dollars if the claims do not occur.

The employer enrolls in a high deductible plan offered by an insurance carrier in Colorado.

• The employer designs the benefits and shares the cost with employees.  This limits employer's cost.
• Our TPA ties it all together by administering claims on carrier high deductible health plan and is service center for employees.
• The insurance carrier will take over after high deductible is met.
• Employer gets financial results twice per year.
